Why proper sub base preparation matters

Ninety percent of flooring failures in Dubai come from sub base problems. We level the screed, check moisture levels before installing wood, apply the correct primer for the adhesive and use the right adhesive for the material weight and format. Large format porcelain tiles especially need full coverage back buttering to avoid hollow points. Getting this right is slower on day one and saves you a reinstallation years later.
