Most bathroom failures in Dubai are waterproofing failures hidden under otherwise beautiful tile. Our bathroom renovations apply a liquid or cementitious waterproof membrane to the full floor, with the membrane turned up the walls to a minimum of 300mm throughout the room and full height inside the shower area. Every pipe penetration is collared, every floor to wall junction is reinforced and the whole assembly is pressure tested with water before tiling begins. It is slower than cutting corners, but it is why our bathrooms do not leak.
