JLT: Elevated Urban Living & Spa-Inspired Interiors

The JLT project was a strategic renovation focused on converting a standard high-rise unit into a sophisticated, luxury residence. Given the typical layout of JLT apartments, our primary goal was to maximize the perception of space while introducing high-end finishes that reflect a modern urban lifestyle. We executed a full interior refresh, replacing dated wall finishes with premium, breathable silk paints and installing custom joinery that optimizes storage without compromising the “breathable” aesthetic of the living areas.

A significant portion of the mandate involved a technical overhaul of the master and guest bathrooms. Moving beyond simple cosmetic changes, we implemented a full-scale “strip-to-shell” renovation, including advanced multi-layer waterproofing and the relocation of plumbing lines to accommodate a minimalist, walk-in rain shower configuration. By integrating wall-hung sanitary ware and large-format porcelain tiling, we transformed restricted bathroom layouts into spacious, spa-inspired retreats. This turnkey project exemplifies our ability to deliver high-impact upgrades within the logistical constraints of JLT’s busy high-rise environment.
